We purchase our ingredients and plan the meals only shortly before the day of the performance so it is not practical to publish the menu in advance.

If you need to know the menu before committing to supper, it is advisable to book the table without supper and then contact us again by telephone the day before the performance to make your decision and reserve meals at that point
