Last October, vocalist Louise Cookman delighted everyone, when she made a brief, unscheduled appearance with Pete Long at Googlies. Louise is one of the leading big band, jazz and swing era vocalists in the UK. Her rich, velvety voice, an instinctive musicality and a warm and witty stage presence have all ensured that she has been a hit for more than two decades. She has sung on Radio 2, 3 & 4, performed at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, Cadogan Hall, the Royal Festival Hall and made countless concert and cabaret appearences throughout UK and Europe. We extend a warm welcome to Louise.
