DESCRIPTION:Dave is an internationally renowned saxophonist who will be delivering jazz of the very highest quality with a style that is simultaneously melodic\, fluent and inventive. He is always interestingly informative with a great knack of understanding his audience and fellow musicians. \nDave is a member of the Darius Brubeck Quartet which plays to sold-out houses at regional festivals and clubs around the UK and beyond. He currently plays (and records) with guitarist Rob Luft (O’Higgins & Luft play Monk & Trane) and pianist Graham Harvey (The Harvey O’Higgins Project). He has worked with some of the world’s finest musicians\, including: Joe Lovano\, Phil Woods\, Jimmy Smith\, Nancy Wilson\, Peggy Lee\, Wayne Shorter\, Stephane Grappelli and Michel Legrand. \nIn 1992\, Dave played at the Albert Hall for Frank Sinatra’s final UK appearance. To date he has released 25 CDs as leader. She has since become one of the UK’s favourite jazz singers. She sings with Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Orchestra (led by Pete Long) and is very highly recommended indeed. According to Claire Martin\, Sara has “A unique and individual voice making interesting material effortlessly her own. DESCRIPTION:Geoff is one of the UKs finest trombonists. He has worked with many top jazz stars including visiting Americans Scott Hamilton\, Greg Abate & Daryl Sherman and UK musicians Digby Fairweather\, Derek Nash\, Paul Booth\, Steve Fishwick\, Dave O’Higgins\, Henry Lowther and Nigel Price. Geoff leads a Quartet and also plays in several orchestras including The Simon Spillett Big Band which celebrates the music of Tubby Hayes. \nGeoff has recorded several CDs  and all received excellent reviews – for example international trombone artist Mark Nightingale stated ‘it is lovely to hear an artist pushing themselves technically and creatively\, thus encapsulating the best attributes of a true musician and improviser’.  We welcome Geoff back to Googlies. \ngeoffmason.uk
