DESCRIPTION:Geoff is one of the UKs finest trombonists. He has worked with many top jazz stars including visiting Americans Scott Hamilton\, Greg Abate & Daryl Sherman and UK musicians Digby Fairweather\, Derek Nash\, Paul Booth\, Steve Fishwick\, Dave O’Higgins\, Henry Lowther and Nigel Price. Geoff leads a Quartet and also plays in several orchestras including The Simon Spillett Big Band which celebrates the music of Tubby Hayes. \nGeoff has recorded several CDs  and all received excellent reviews – for example international trombone artist Mark Nightingale stated ‘it is lovely to hear an artist pushing themselves technically and creatively\, thus encapsulating the best attributes of a true musician and improviser’.  We welcome Geoff back to Googlies. \ngeoffmason.uk
