A warm welcome to Derek Nash, the British Jazz Award winning bandleader, composer, arranger, record producer and engineer and one of the UK’s busiest and best jazz musicians. He is leader of six bands, each with its own unique sound and featuring some of the top jazz musicians.

John is a musician who injects joy and spontaneity into every performance. He enjoys a glowing reputation throughout the jazz world and his unique approach to performing jazz that refuses to be simply categorised.
Simon creates jazz with immense energy and drive and has won several awards – BBC Jazz Award, Jazz Album of the Year, Best British Tenor Saxophonist, and an award for Services to British Jazz.
