We welcome Karen back to Googlies. She is a saxophonist of great sensitivity and ability and won the British Jazz Awards in the Tenor Saxophone category for 2017, 2018 and 2019.  Karen enjoyed an extended spell in the band of the late Humphrey Lyttleton and includes playing the baritone sax to her impressive range of abilities.  Performances with her own bands have received great acclaim from audiences and critics alike, her appearances at Googlies have always delighted our discerning audience with her great sound, energy and creative approach to improvisation.  This evening, we are sure, will offer nothing less than another superb experience for all present.
