A warm welcome to Sara who will be making her third appearance at Googlies. Originally from Copenhagen, Sara settled in Brighton in the early 2000s. She has since become one of the UK’s favourite jazz singers. She sings with Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Orchestra (led by Pete Long) and is very highly recommended indeed. According to Claire Martin, Sara has “A unique and individual voice making interesting material effortlessly her own. A singer with a natural musician’s ear and beautiful sense of swing.” An event not to be missed.
